Shipping Rates & Delivery Areas
- Local Delivery: Available within 15 mile radius.
- Nationwide Shipping: We offer shipping across the continental U.S. with rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday to ensure product freshness.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using a reliable carrier UPS. All shipments are sent via 2-3-day or overnight delivery to ensure the quality of your Wagyu beef.
Perishable Product Packaging
- All Wagyu beef products are carefully vacuum-sealed and packed with sufficient insulation and ice packs to keep them at the proper temperature during transit.
- Upon delivery, please promptly refrigerate or freeze your items.
Shipping Notifications
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Damaged or Delayed Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues. If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@fofwagyu.com with photos and details so we can assist you.
