Perishable Items (Beef Products):

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our Wagyu beef. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery so we can resolve the matter.

  • Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:
    • Damaged packaging upon arrival.
    • Incorrect items received.
    • Product quality concerns.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refund Process:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
